The Training Core provides extensive training experience in the conduct of HIV/AIDS research on Latino populations in the Miami-Dade area to faculty and graduate students at Florida International University. The primary objective of the Training Core is to encourage faculty and graduate students to develop into independent HIV/AIDS researchers. This Core offers students and faculty the training and resources necessary to prepare and submit grants in this area of research, and general support to those initiatives that become funded.
